Educational event “Christmas Traditions of Different Cultures”

On the 14th of December at 4 pm, Kaunas County Public library invites you to the educational event “Christmas traditions of different cultures” with library volunteers Ana from Georgia and Mayuko from Japan.

Kaunas County Public library encourages students and everyone interested in different cultures to learn about each other’s Christmas traditions. With a cup of tea, library volunteers Ana from Georgia and Mayuko from Japan, will share their Christmas culture. You are welcome to bring some traditional dishes, photos from Christmas at your home or any other things that would help us to understand each other traditions better.

About Ana and Mayuko

Ana is from Georgia where she goes to Tbilisi State University. She has been in Lithuania since August as a Bilateral Exchange student at Vytautas Magnus University for the winter semester. She is studying Public relations.

Mayuko is from Japan and goes to Akita International University. She has been to Lithuania since January and is a Bilateral Exchange student at Vytautas Magnus University for a year. She is studying Social sciences.

We kindly invite local and international students to come and join this first meeting, share, ask questions and meet new friends!:)

Education will take place at Donelaičio St. 8, Education Space, room 201.
