Partners: Sello Library (Finland), Ventspils Library (Latvia)

Short summary: This is an international adult learning mobility project aimed at taking over international libraries‘ experience and integrating it into KCPL activities related to non-formal adult education through the use of advanced teaching methods and tools. KCPL specialists went to work monitoring visits to Ventspils (Latvia) and Sello (Finland) libraries, where they had an opportunity to monitor adult education activities based on a new approach to teaching and learning and discuss new non-formal education strategies. The experiences and competences of the new participants in learning mobility will be integrated into the KAVB's work and the routine responsibilities of the participants in adult non-formal education activities. The new skills will help to continue and start new meaningful work by expanding and improving the quality of adult learning activities, increasing digital literacy and it’s accessibility in the Kaunasregion. The establishment of partnership with the libraries of EU countries will allow for further cooperation between colleagues by exchanging knowledge, sharing ideas.
