Here new users of KCPL may apply for non-terminated LIBIS Library Card. Moreover, various picture books, dictionaries, encyclopaedias, educational literature, classical and modern fiction, Lithuanian folk tales and folk tales from around the world and other materials are available for borrowing or for use at the reading room.
In addition to various child art and publication exhibitions, we also organize competitions, book presentations and theme-based morning meetings. Moreover, there is the Game Corner for the little ones.
